Subject to the provisions of Algerian Labor Law (Loi 90-11 du 21 avril 1990, modifiée et complétée).
1. The Parties
The Employer: NOVA-Lo Education SARL, with registered office in Bab Ezzouar, Algiers, represented by its CEO.
The Employee: Amel Benaissa, Algiers, Algeria — amel.benaissa@mail.dz
2. Position & Duties
The Employee is hired in the position of Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Head of Growth, and shall perform the duties customarily associated with that role with diligence and professionalism.
3. Duration
This agreement is concluded for an indefinite term, starting on 01 January 2025, following a probationary period of three (3) months.
4. Compensation
In consideration of the work performed, the Employee shall receive a gross monthly salary of 95,000 DA, payable by bank transfer (CCP / Baridi Mob) on or before the 5th of each month, plus performance-based bonuses as defined by the company's variable-pay policy.
5. Working Time & Leave
Working time is set at forty (40) hours per week, distributed from Sunday to Thursday. The Employee is entitled to paid annual leave of thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with Algerian Labor Law.
6. Confidentiality
The Employee undertakes to keep strictly confidential any information relating to NOVA-Lo's students, partners, technology, finances, or strategy, both during the term of this agreement and for two (2) years after its termination.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement subject to the notice period and grounds set forth in Articles 73 and 73-1 of Loi 90-11. Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without notice or compensation.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Algerian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be brought before the competent courts of Algiers.
